Shipping policy
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What about shipping?
We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping in the US. At the moment we do not ship internationally but we hope to be able soon. Shipping times depends on your location. If you live down the street from us in Connecticut you will receive it faster than someone in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for deliveries within in the US. Shipping is FREE for all orders $75 and up!
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 20 miles of our location.
Deliveries are made from 8am-2pm on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 193 Hodge Ave, Ansonia, CT 06401. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 5pm-7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 3pm-5pm on Saturday. We are flexible when it comes to pick up so if for whatever reason you can't pick up your order on the days and time we have provided just send us an email as to when and what time you will be coming to pick it up. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at styledbytiffanyt@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
